Return Policy

We will take your return into consideration if you contact us within 1 week (seven days) from the original ship date. All books must be in their original (new) condition to receive credit.

All approved returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of original ship date. Sales receipt must be included with the return shipment. Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent through a carrier with a tracking number.

Within 5 days of the received return shipment, a credit will be processed to your credit card. A store credit will issued if the original payment was made by a check or money order. No refund checks will be sent. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.

Claims Procedure

If a book was damaged by the delivery service/carrier, please contact the carrier to file a claim. For defective books or shortages, please contact our shipping department within 14 days of original shipment.

Software Policy

After using our builders license exam preparation software, we will refund your money on the purchase of our software if you fail to pass the test on your first try. We are confident you will find our exam preparation material easy to use and the closest thing to the real test.

Since software can be downloaded to your computer; we do not accept returns on software for reasons other than our guarantee.
